Dr. Cecily Jennings supports The Empty Shelter Project and their efforts to help reduce the number of stray and unwanted pets that are homeless all over Houston. Along with hundreds of other volunteers, Dr. Jennings contributes her time, talent, and experience at their events to help make a positive difference in the lives of pets and people in our community.
