Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients’ needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we cannot bill for services.
We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), Google Pay, Apple Pay, and cash. We do not accept personal checks or traveler’s checks.
When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. Haven Veterinary Clinic understands this and so we accept payment through CareCredit and ScratchPay, which allow you to break down the cost of veterinary care into payments.
