Dr. Cecily Jennings, BS. DVM
Dr. Jennings graduated from Texas A & M College of Veterinary Medicine in 1991 and has been practicing in Houston ever since. Prior to opening Haven Veterinary Clinic she was Chief of Staff for over 20 years at Banfield Pet Hospital.
She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Texas Veterinary Medical Association and the Harris County VMA.
Dr. Jennings is also accredited by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), providing interstate and international health certificates and doing her part in surveillance, protection and education of our community against diseases and parasites that could be passed from pets to people (zoonotic diseases). When not caring for patients Dr. Jennings enjoys time with her Faith, family and friends. Whether it is a missions trip abroad or here in Houston we believe we are blessed to be a blessing to others.

“I was recognized as a cum laude graduate and majored in sustainable agriculture of animal science concentration in May 2013. I received my Bachelor of Science degree from the Ray P. Authement College of Sciences at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. (Geaux Ragin Cajuns!) I’ve worked mostly in retail up until earning my degree, then I started my career in pet hospitals. At that point I realized I have a strong interest in animal behavior. Which is a path I eventually want to pursue further.”
Nicole, is a certified veterinary assistant who graduated from the Career and Technical High School in 2017. Nicole loves her two dogs, Bailey and Arial. She is continuing her education and plans to become a veterinarian in the future.
Samantha Keller is currently working on her undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University at Galveston. She is studying to become an exotic animal veterinarian. Samantha has experience with all different shapes and sizes of animals. She loves getting to know each new personality and catering to each individual need with every new furry friend she meets.
She also had the opportunity to meet Seymour the Sea Lion while doing an internship with SeaWorld San Antonio.
Savannah loves all animals and enjoys making sure they are well cared for and comfortable while away from home, she will talk to them and read stories, giving them the attention they need. She is also Dr. Jennings Grand-daughter.
